What is your MOQ?
Sample MOQ 1 piece. Bulk MOQ 50 pieces per SKU, per colorway — about half the industry-standard 100. Custom molds are set per project.
How long does sampling take?
Typically 7–10 working days for a stock body, longer for a custom mold. Sample fee is refundable on your bulk order.
How is pricing structured?
Published EXW from $0.50 to ~$8.00 by capacity, material (304 / 316 / Tritan), wall, coating, and lid. We quote FOB Ningbo, CIF, or DDP up front.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit + 70% before shipment, T/T or L/C. PayPal for samples only. Net terms can be discussed for repeat customers.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes — FNSKU labeling, compliant polybags, master carton case-packs, and DDP to FBA in the US, UK, Germany, France, and Japan.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — before any design exchange. For popular form factors like the 40oz handled tumbler we supply patent-safe open molds, without trademarked logos or proprietary design elements of other brands.
