Order one branded sample, put it on the table in the approval meeting, and let the stakeholders hold it. Sample fees are refundable against your bulk order.

Laser engraving for a permanent monotone mark, silk-screen for flat brand colour, UV print for full-colour artwork, embossing where you want the logo felt rather than seen. We advise which one suits your artwork — thin serifs and gradients do not survive every method.
Custom Colour
Powder coat, gradient, soft-touch, or mirror finish, lab-matched to your Pantone code. Send the brand guide and we match to it; send a physical swatch and we match to that. Colour approval happens on your sample, before bulk.
Custom Packaging
A plain polybag for a conference giveaway, or an unboxing-grade box where the gift is the moment — plus hang cards and inserts. Tell us whether the recipient opens it at their desk or on stage; that decides the spec.

Gift programmes fail on timing far more often than on price. These are our real stage durations — count backwards from the day the boxes have to be on the floor.

Skipping the sample stage compresses the calendar — we'll say so if your date requires it, and we'll say so if your date isn't achievable.

Yongkang, Zhejiang is China's core insulated-drinkware cluster. Our main plant is there, with a second in Taizhou. When your gift programme needs a mid-run colour fix or a lid swap, it happens on our own line — not through a trader relaying messages.

What gift buyers ask before they commit.
What is the MOQ for a corporate gift order?
50 pieces per SKU for bulk, and 1 piece for a branded sample. There is no annual minimum and no account-opening fee — a 60-piece order for one team is a normal order here.
Can I get a branded sample first, and how long does it take?
Yes, and we recommend it for anything going in front of an approval committee. A fully decorated sample takes roughly Day 5–18 from artwork sign-off. The sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.
How much does it cost per piece?
The prices above are the real EXW rates at 50–499 pieces — from $0.85 for a 12oz mug to $8.00 for a 64oz growler. Decoration, custom colour and packaging are quoted on top in one line, and the per-unit rate steps down again at 500+ and 5,000+.
What artwork file format do you need?
Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — because it scales to any print area cleanly. Send Pantone codes with it if you have them. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we redraw it and send the redraw back for your approval before anything is printed.
Will you sign an NDA for our unreleased branding?
Yes. If the gift carries a campaign, a rebrand or a product name that has not launched, send us your NDA before you send the artwork and we will sign it.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We quote DDP to the US, EU, UK and AU with duties, customs and freight handled, or FOB Ningbo if you run your own forwarder. Payment terms are confirmed on the quote — send your spec and we will put the exact terms in writing.
Can we mix several items in one order?
Yes, but the 50-piece minimum applies per SKU rather than to the order total. A three-tier gift programme — mug for all staff, 30oz for managers, 64oz growler for long-service awards — needs 50 of each, not 50 in total.
Our event is in six weeks. Is that possible?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly which parts have to be cut to make it. Six weeks usually means skipping the physical sample and approving from a digital mock-up instead, which shifts colour risk onto you. If the date genuinely cannot be met, we say so rather than take the order and miss it.
