How can you actually make 1 piece profitably?
We don't pretend the per-unit margin on a single piece is the same as a 500-piece run — it isn't. We accept lower margin on samples because they convert into long-term bulk relationships. A founder who validates with us at 1 piece comes back to scale at 50, 500, 5,000 over the next couple of years. That's the model.
Is the quality of a 1-piece sample the same as bulk?
Identical material, identical build, identical QC pass. The only difference is production scheduling — your single sample moves through the same line as a bulk run and gets the same leak, finish, and insulation checks. You're getting a real production piece, not a demo unit.
What is the actual price difference between 1 piece and bulk?
Roughly 40–60% higher per-unit on samples vs the bulk tier, depending on capacity and finish. But the absolute cost of 1 sample is still far cheaper than ordering 100 pieces of a SKU that doesn't sell. Validation pricing, not production pricing — and our EXW floor is published at $0.50.
Can I order 1 piece in a fully custom color or branding?
Yes for custom branding (laser, silk-screen, UV, custom lid) and stock-mold bodies. For a brand-new custom mold developed from scratch, tooling and MOQ are set per project since mold costs have their own economics we walk you through up front.
Are you FBA-ready for Amazon sellers?
Yes. We handle FNSKU labeling, compliant polybags, master carton case-packs, and DDP delivery to FBA in the US, UK, Germany, France, and Japan. Your bulk run arrives ready to receive.
