Kids & School Water Bottles
Kids bottles your buyer's
parents will actually trust.
For kids and family DTC brands, school and education programmes, and character-licence holders. A kids bottle gets judged on three things before anyone looks at the price — what it's made of, whether the lid leaks in a backpack, and whether a five-year-old can open it. 316 and 304 food-grade stainless or BPA-free Tritan. Bulk MOQ 50 pcs per SKU. Sample MOQ 1 piece.
Kids Line Basics
The Kids Line
Start from a body that already exists.
Every one of these is a running mould — your artwork, colour and lid go onto it, and you skip tooling entirely. If you need a shape nobody else has, we tool a new one; see custom OEM / ODM for how mould costs work.

Choose The Lid First
On a kids bottle, the lid is the product.
Returns and one-star reviews on kids drinkware are almost never about the body — they're about a straw that collapses, a lid a four-year-old can't work, or a bag full of water. Pick the lid for the age you're selling to, then pick the body.
Straw lid
Drinks without tipping the bottle, which is what makes it work for the youngest users. Silicone straw, replaceable.
Push-button flip
One-handed open, lid stays attached, closes flush against a backpack. The school-run default.
Sip / spill-resistant
Slower flow and a tighter seal for the age group that will absolutely turn the bottle upside down.
Sling strap or sleeve
A carry strap or silicone sleeve — grip when wet, and a drop cushion. Adds a second surface for your artwork.
Lids are interchangeable across most bodies in the kids line — tell us the age band and we'll shortlist the pairings.
Materials & Compliance
The first question a parent asks.
Kids drinkware is the category where compliance is a selling point on the listing, not just a box to tick before shipping. Whatever you pick, it goes on your product page as a claim you can stand behind.
| Material | Where it fits |
|---|---|
| SS316 interior | The higher-spec option. Higher corrosion resistance than 304 — the one to use when your listing competes on material. |
| SS304 double-wall | The standard insulated body. Keeps a cold drink cold through a school day. |
| BPA-free Tritan | Light, clear, and it survives being dropped on a playground. The volume choice for younger age bands. |
| Silicone sleeve & straw | Food-grade silicone on the parts that touch a mouth or take an impact. |
FDA & LFGB compliant · test reports issued per order
Your Brand On It
Cartoon artwork needs a different print method.
A single-colour logo and a full-wrap character illustration are not the same job. We tell you which method your artwork actually survives before you approve anything.
Full-colour artwork
Characters, gradients and multi-colour illustration. The method to use when the art is the product.
Flat brand marks
Silk-screen for solid brand colour, laser for a permanent monotone mark. Cleanest on a plain body.
Colour & sleeve
Body colour matched to your Pantone, plus a silicone sleeve in a second colour — two surfaces, one order.
Common Questions
Private-label kids drinkware, answered.
What is the MOQ on a kids bottle?
50 pieces per SKU for bulk and 1 piece for a sample — the same floor as the rest of the line. A colourway counts as a SKU, so a three-colour launch is 150 pieces total, not 50.
Are the bottles BPA-free?
The Tritan bodies are BPA-free, and the stainless bodies are 304 or 316 food-grade with food-grade silicone on the straw and sleeve. We are FDA and LFGB compliant and issue test reports per order.
Can I use my own character artwork?
Yes. Full-colour character art goes on by UV print; flat brand marks by silk-screen or laser. Send vector where you can — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you hold a licence for the character, keep your licence paperwork on file; we produce to your artwork and do not verify rights on your behalf.
Will you sign an NDA before I send designs?
Yes. Send your NDA before the artwork and we sign it. CAD and artwork are stored per project, not in a shared library.
Can I mix lids across one order?
Yes — lids are interchangeable across most bodies in the kids line. The 50-piece minimum applies per finished SKU, so a straw version and a flip version of the same body are two SKUs.
How long does a kids order take?
Roughly Day 5–18 for a decorated sample and Day 18–35 for bulk after you approve it, then DDP shipping to the US, EU, UK or AU. If you are shipping for a back-to-school window, count backwards from the shelf date and start with the sample.
Do you supply schools directly, or only brands?
Both. A school or district programme ordering branded bottles is a normal 50-piece-per-SKU order here — you do not need to be a brand with a catalogue to work with us.
