How does pricing work, and is it really published?
Yes — our EXW floor is published at $0.50, scaling by capacity, material, coating, and lid. Per-unit pricing drops with volume. We send a full tiered quote (1, 50, 200, 1,000 pcs) in 24 hours so you see the math upfront.
Can I see and feel the body before ordering?
Yes. Order a 1-piece sample with your finish and lid choice. Touch the wall thickness, test the lid fit, check the coating — then commit to bulk. Sample fees are refundable on your bulk order.
Who owns the design and branding?
You own everything we make from your artwork — logo files, custom lid designs, packaging. We sign an NDA on day one and never reuse your branding for another buyer.
How are samples shipped — do I pay duties?
Sample orders ship Express, DDP (duties paid by us) to US/EU/UK/AU/CA. Bulk orders ship DDP as well, FOB Ningbo — your invoice is the only number you pay.
Are you FBA-ready for Amazon private label?
Yes. FNSKU labeling, compliant polybags, master carton case-packs, and DDP to FBA in the US, UK, Germany, France, and Japan. Your run arrives ready to receive.
What certifications do you hold for retail compliance?
FDA and LFGB food-contact compliance, ISO 9001 quality management, plus RCS and GRS for recycled-material claims and BPA-free for plastics. Original certificate PDFs available on request.
